Planning a journey to Bhutan requires advance coordination of permits, accommodations, guides, and logistics. While we understand that travel plans can change, certain arrangements are confirmed and paid for ahead of time to ensure a seamless experience.
Our cancellation policy is designed to be straightforward and fair—giving you clarity while allowing us to maintain the quality and reliability of your journey.
Cancellation Policy
A booked tour package shall be subject to cancellation charges as follows:
- No cancellation charges for tours cancelled more than 45 days before the arrival date.
- 25% cancellation charge for tours cancelled within 45 days of the arrival date.
- 75% cancellation charge for tours cancelled within 30 days of the arrival date.
- 100% cancellation charge for tours cancelled within 15 days of the arrival date and for any changes to the itinerary.
Refund Processing Time
Once your cancellation has been confirmed, refunds will be processed within 2 to 3 weeks.
This timeframe allows for administrative handling and coordination with relevant service providers and authorities.
Delayed Arrival / Departure
There shall be no additional tour charge for delays in arrival or departure caused by weather conditions affecting flight schedules or by roadblocks. However, guests are responsible for all additional expenses incurred during the delay, including accommodation, meals, transportation, and other personal necessities, which will be charged on an actual-cost basis.
